When Are Payments Due?
Payment is due upon completion of work and within 7 days. Cash, cheque or online – details are provided on the “Next Clean” slip left with you after the clean
What happens if I want to change the frequency of visits?
Please be aware your price is based on the agreed frequency. Any change to the agreed schedule and/or date may incur an increase in price.
What happens if you are unable to access my property?
If I am unable to gain access due to locked gates the clean will be cancelled and a 50% charge will be applied with a minimum charge of £20.
What happens if it's raining when you turn up?
Occasionally it will be necessary to clean your windows when it is raining and this, being the UK, is sometimes unavoidable. However, rain will not affect the quality of your window clean - all cleans are GUARANTEED FOR 7 DAYS.
What access do you require?
Please ensure that your vehicles are considerately parked to enable access for the work van and hoses to operate safely and freely around the property.
What precautions need to be taken?
Please ensure children and pets are enclosed in the safety of the house for the duration of the clean. Any windows deemed inaccessible or unsafe will be left uncleaned. The same applies to any windows that are in poor condition or likely to suffer damage from cleaning. Pristine Window Cleaning cannot be held responsible for any existing damage loose guttering, finials, tiles etc.
- Dog Mess - Please ensure any dog mess is cleared away from the working area (ie lawns/pathways/patios).
- Obstructions - Please ensure any outside obstructions are removed and access to the windows is clear prior to the clean, ie wheelie bins toys BBQs, tables and chairs etc.
I need to change or cancel an appointment?
These are pre-arranged. If you require a specific time, please contact us prior to the clean. All times are approximate to allow for delays etc. We operate a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy to avoid any charges with a £20 minimum charge for any last minute cancellations/lock-outs.
