The Ionics Zero Thermo Pure System
We use the latest, most advanced window cleaning system available - the very best way to clean windows. In conjunction with the heated pure water system, telescopic poles are used for safe working at height meaning no dangerous ladders to fall from or damage to your property.
This Pure Hot Water system produces the finest pure water possible, heating it up to 60oC when necessary. It is then gently pumped down the hose to the soft bristled brush head attached to the pole. The brush is used to carefully remove dirt from the glass and frames. The window is then rinsed down with the Pure Hot Water leaving no dirt or streaks upon the glass.
This method provides a far superior window clean; there is no comparison in the quality of cleaning vs using cold pure water or the old fashioned traditional window cleaning method of squeegee rubber blade technique.
Cleaning Up To 80ft
The telescopic poles can extend up to 80ft making previously inaccessible windows easy to reach and is a much safer, more efficient and cost-effective way to clean windows compared to other methods of working at height.
What is Pure Water?
Similar to softened tap water but to a far higher standard. The system we use filters tap water then removes all impurities and solids. These include limescale, chlorine and all other minerals etc.
When this process is done correctly, the pure water will then dry naturally to a spot-free finish leaving no streaks or spots behind. If the filter process is done poorly, the purity of the water will then leave spots and streaks upon the glass once dry.
Water quality is key to this way of cleaning – sadly, there are many window cleaners with fake equipment who do not adhere to the best process with also little to no training thus resulting in poor results. Pristine Window Cleaning guarantees water quality ensuring quality results with every clean.

Benefits of Pure Hot Water
Everyone knows that hot water cleans better than cold, it is obvious. But not everyone knows that pure water cleans better than tap water - this is because tap water is full of solids, limescale, chlorine and other minerals.
With all solids removed, the pure water has more volume to absorb and therefore collect and absorb more dirt than normal tap water would. Pure Hot Water therefore gives excellent cleaning results.
Cleaner for Longer
Traditional window cleaning methods use detergents that leave a film on the windows. After a short time, this residue can show up as a grey mist over the glass. The detergent on the glass acts like a magnet to dust etc. so very quickly the windows become dirty again.
With pure water systems, no detergent is used and if it ever is, it is immediately rinsed off. With no detergent left on the glass, the windows will remain cleaner for longer (up to 6-8 weeks), giving customers a financial bonus of not having to clean the windows every month.

We suggest having your windows cleaned every 8-12 weeks, allowing you to save money by having your windows cleaned less often. Our hot water system is environmentally friendly as no detergents or chemicals are used, except in certain circumstances.
